1. The service

Offplix provides information and analysis about off-plan residential projects in the UAE: locations, prices published by developers and portals, payment plans, area references and a Deal Score computed from these figures. Access requires a free account.

2. Not investment advice

The Deal Score, yields, rents, fees and any figure on Offplix are indicative, computed from public sources at collection time, and may be outdated or wrong. They do not constitute investment, legal or tax advice. Always verify with the developer, the relevant land department and a licensed professional before any commitment. Offplix is not a party to any transaction.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, abuse or resale of the data.

4. Intellectual property

The Offplix name, logo, scoring method and presentation are ours. Project images and descriptions belong to their developers and are shown for information with a link to the source. Contact us for any removal request.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Offplix is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information displayed, nor for interruptions of the service.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
